GELOMBANG KEADILAN

Kan melangkah kaki dengn pasti

Menerobos segala onak duri

Generasi baru yang telah dinanti

Tak takut dicaci tak gentar mati...

Bagai gelombang terus menerjang

Tuk tumbangkan sgala kezaliman

Dengan tulus ikhlas untuk keadilan

Hingga pertiwi gapai sejahtera....

Takkan surut walau selangkah

Takkan henti wakau sejenak

Cita kami hidip mulia

Atau SYAHID mendapat SYURGA!

HEALTH....

What is the actual meaning of health or being or being healthy?..

  • It can mean not being sick or not having disease
  • It can mean being well (instead of just not sick)
  • It can talk about a person's physical state. This does not mean that the person does not have disease. A person's health can be good (no disease) or bad (many diseases.)

The World Health Organization (acronym WHO) says health is: "A dynamic state of complete physical, mental, spiritual and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." This is not a simple sentence, but this is important to understand. This is what it means in Simple English:

  • A dynamic state means that a person is always changing.
  • complete means having all of something.
  • physical is about the body.
  • mental is about how we think and feel.
  • spiritual talks about our spirit or soul. It concerns religious parts of people but not only that: the spiritual aspect of a person can be understood as that which desires peace, hope, security and connectedness to the universe.
  • social talks about how we live with other people. It is about our family, work, school, and friends.

Health in Details

Health is the level of functional and/or metabolic efficiency of an organism at both the micro(cellular) and macro(social) level. In the medical field, health is commonly defined as an organism's ability to efficiently respond to challenges (stressors) and effectively restore and sustain a "state of balance," known as homeostasis.

Another widely accepted definition of health is that of the World Health Organization (WHO), which states that "health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity". In more recent years, this statement has been modified to include the ability to lead a "socially and economically productive life." The WHO definition is not without criticism, as some argue that health cannot be defined as a state at all, but must be seen as a process of continuous adjustment to the changing demands of living and of the changing meanings we give to life. The WHO definition is therefore considered by many as an idealistic goal rather than a realistic proposition.

Comment:

In simple words, I can conclude the meaning of health define by WHO by having everything we need to be happy. It is not having disease. It is having good food and water. It is having good family and friends. It is having a good spirit. It is having love. It is having a safe place to live. It is learning. It is growing. It is different things for different people. It changes in time for the same person.

EEiiii suke cakap sorang2....

Hari ini sangat penat...!

muka da mcm tahu...
nape hr rase mls nk ckp omputeh?hari2 ckp pon bukan btol sgt..

Ade sorang kawan tegur nape muka awk bengis sgt...?nampak mcm makcik...kan senyum tu sedekah...sng je...

rase mcm nk lagi masam bile dangar orang cakap macam tu sebenarnye...
Ye la sape y paham...Xde org y suka muka mcm kayu..sampai kalau senyu pon nmpk mcm peliks gitu..Kan best kalau dapat senyum sokmo.

Sumer org nak tunjuk pandai...rase cam lemas plak....
tapi tu la kemandirian spesis namenye...ye dak?..

ape sbenarnye yea?..
tu la hati tak tenang kot...bukan senang nak dapat hati yang tenang ni.Hanya insan2 terpilih je.
Dulu pernah tengok tampal kat dinding masjid satu skolah ni...tulis...

"HANYA DENGAN MENGINGATI ALLAH HATI-HATI AKAN MENJADI TENANG"

Tapi syukur pada-Nya kerana masih mengurniakan pd kite rase nak kepada kebaikan...rase nak kpd perubahan...itu tanda Dia masih sayang pada kite...rahmat-Nye masih melimpah-limpah buat kite....Adekah kite sedar?...

Mase hidup ni rasenye perkaa yang paling banyak kite kena ingat adalah Tuhan....sebab bile kite mati nanti sumer yang kite ade ni xgune pon pd kite...harta....keluarga....kawan pon....susah nak cari kawan dunia akhirat ni...aku adex ea?..Ade la...tapi xramai...

Kene la slalu senyum.biar orang rase senang(sbenarnye sniri pon akan rase senang)...walau hati hanya Tuhan yang tahu...

Hanya tuhan yang mampu beri ketenanganjiwa...
Oleh itu mintalah pada-Nya...
Hanyan tuhan yang boleh beri kejernihan wajah...
Oleh itu mohonlah padan-Nya

Moga rahmat Allah sentiasa bersama kite...

cancer factor

Doctors often cannot explain why one person develops cancer and another does not. But research shows that certain risk factors increase the chance that a person will develop cancer.
Many of these risk factors can be avoided. Others, such as family history, cannot be avoided. People can help protect themselves by staying away from known risk factors whenever possible.
If you think you may be at risk for cancer, you should discuss this concern with your doctor. You may want to ask about reducing your risk and about a schedule for checkups.
Over time, several factors may act together to cause normal cells to become cancerous. When thinking about your risk of getting cancer, these are some things to keep in mind:

• Not everything causes cancer.
• Cancer is not caused by an injury, such as a bump or bruise.
• Cancer is not contagious. Although being infected with certain viruses or bacteria may increase the risk of some types of cancer, no one can "catch" cancer from another person.
• Having one or more risk factors does not mean that you will get cancer. Most people who have risk factors never develop cancer.
• Some people are more sensitive than others to the known risk factors.
One of the common factor contribute cancer is Sunlight
Ultraviolet (UV) radiation comes from the sun, sunlamps, and tanning booths. It causes early aging of the skin and skin damage that can lead to skin cancer.

In order to prevent this, there are several things highlighted by the specialist;

Doctors encourage people of all ages to limit their time in the sun and to avoid other sources of UV radiation:

• It is best to avoid the midday sun (from mid-morning to late afternoon) whenever possible. You also should protect yourself from UV radiation reflected by sand, water, snow, and ice. UV radiation can penetrate light clothing, windshields, and windows.
• Wear long sleeves, long pants, a hat with a wide brim, and sunglasses with lenses that absorb UV.
• Use sunscreen. Sunscreen may help prevent skin cancer, especially sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15. But sunscreens cannot replace avoiding the sun and wearing clothing to protect the skin.
• Stay away from sunlamps and tanning booths. They are no safer than sunlight.

My comment:

So this is the time to use the umbrella. Even it is not so cool for guys. But a healthy skin is even better than a burning faces...
You should also consider to have a uv protecting cream in your pockets...

Frienship....

HOSPITAL WINDOW

Nowadays people are hard to show their love and respect to anyone around. We somehow not realize their important until they really gone forever. However, a good friend will never ask for the respect, love, present, or even attention from us. But he/she is always sacrificed beyond our knowledge. He or she will satisfied if his/her companions are happy and healthy.

This story will show us the meaning of sacrificed.....

Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room. One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs. His bed was next to the room’s only window. The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back. The men talked for hours on end. They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation.

Every afternoon when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window.
The man in the other bed began to live for those one hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.
The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake. Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance.

As the man by the window described all this in exquisite detail, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine the picturesque scene.
One warm afternoon the man by the window described a parade passing by.
Although the other man couldn’t hear the band - he could see it. In his mind’s eye as the gentleman by th! e window portrayed it with descriptive words.
Days and weeks passed.

One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully in his sleep. She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take the body away.
As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.

Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the real world outside.
He strained to slowly turn to look out the window beside the bed.
It faced a blank wall. The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things outside this window
The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall.
She said, “Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you.”

Aku dahulu datang ke sini,
dengan hidayah dariMu Ilahi,
bertukar arah yang pergi,
bimbingilah kami...

Bersama-sama kita harungi,
segala cobaan dan godaan,
dengan satu tekad dan satu matlamat,
terjalinlah persahabatan. ..

Kucurahkan kasihku padaMu,
ku hamparkan cintaku kepadaMu,
oh Tuhanku, kurniakanlah,
iradah dan petunjukMu.. .

Kusanjungi jasaMu padaku,
yang mewarnakan iman di hati ku,

They say it takes a minute
to find a special person
an hour to appreciate them
a day to love them
but then an entire life
to forget them

Send this phrases to the people
you'll never forget.
It's a short message
to let them know
that you'll never forget them...

if you don't send it to anyone,
it means you are in a hurry
and that you've forgotten
YOUR FRIENDS......

Exam Fever...

When it comes to the season of test and exam....
we can see the clinic will be crowded day and nigth...
This exam is even worse than ghost...!

When the exam wistle is blown....
Everybody will get the same spirit of fighting...!
the war atmosphere will cover the Earth...

When the axam is around the corner
library will be our second room..
even there is the only place
we had never been before...

When the exam is coming soon....
Lecturers are always the main target
maybe we can get spot question...
maybe we can get extra tips..

But then i'll wonder....
why we must get good score..?

my heart keep asking...
is it for the sake of good job
but then still numbers of graduates
couldn't get job with 4.00

Is be wealthy is our dream of future?
is it a ticket to have big company of ou own?
But then still lot of businessmen
not even have their degree

When my mind growth...
my heart keep asking
why we must go to school?
why we must graduate?

Until one day..
my teacher ask me..
what is your target ...?
then i say ....
oh my dear teacher,
i was about to ask you that..
why should i be here?

then she give me a smile
its too sweet for me to forget...
girl you are so smart...
so that you can have that question in your mind

"LEARNING IS COMPULSORY FOR EVERY MUSLIM"

look at your two hands
do you realise how great is was created..
too great for human
to create the same
But do you realise ..
how great the creator of your two hands

how do you know there is a Creator
if you don't ever learn about it
if you don't want to know about that
how do you know how great the Creator is
if you don't want to know Him...

Basically muslim learn

-IS TO KNOW THE CREATOR
-NEXT IS TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THE
MISSION OF OUR EXISTANCE
-THEN MAKE IT CLEAR WHAT IS OUR FINAL GOAL
WE ARE HEADING FOR

once you know you Creator,
you will understand your responsibility
you then will cristal clear about
THE MAIN MISSION of life
then you will realise
what will you get if you don't follow...

In simple word..
do you agree if THIS SCHOOL
is the best place to have all of this
to be in school not only
to fulfill your responsibity as a muslim
but also to prepare youself
to face the world .....
May ALLAH bless you...!

then i'm keep huntered by thousand of question...
they beating my mind day and night
what the hell i'm doing for the times before?
am i the who life in this world to die soon?

What all the playing around for?
isn't islam is the greatest top of other..
am i have pass the qualification
to uphold it...?

WHAT SHOULD I DO FROM NOW...?
that's the answer...
that is why i should put my effort
to improve my knowledge
that is why i should score great score
to show the worrld that muslim is the best...!

i'm always pray for His guidance...
for me to go trough this way...

"When the world pushes you to your feet,
you are in the right position to pray.
If Allah brings you to it, He will bring you through it!"

put your trust in Allah....

Someone says....

If i were the rain,
could i connect
with someone heart
as the rain can unite
the eternally separated
earth and sky?

Because we are amorphous
we hold that in reverence

People are
able to hold
onto hope
since death
is that which
cannot be seen

we come together,
like drop of water,
l
ike astral bodies,
we oppose each other,
l
ike magnets,
like the colors of skin

unless i grip the sword,
i cannot protect you
while gripping the sword
i cannot embrace you

yes we have no destiny
only those swallowed up by
ignorance and fear
who take false steps,
shall plunge us into
the muddy waters called 'destiny'

we must never shed tears
that is the life form's defeat
and if we give in to the emotions
then it only becomes proof
of our inability to control it.

we stretch both of our arms...
pass through the clouds, straight to the sky...
even though we touched the moon and the mars...
we still cannot touch the truth

lighting fire on the untouchable
fang...
l
ike solving a problem
without looking up to the stars...
like there's no need to yell
until the voice is gone.

the reason we think
the lower on the precipe are beautiful
is because we are standing
on the precipe as well
do not fear because
we are like the dlowers,
we did not step off.

ones pride cast a seide,
we beast takes a step closer,
one heart killed
we
will fade away

i have always been afraid
always pretending to follow you closely,
always been pretending to sharpen my teeth,
when the truths is,
i am...scared to death just treading on your shadow

A sacred gift of heaven
For better worse, wherever
And I would never let somebody
break you down
Until you cried, never

All of my life
Where have you been
I wonder if I'll ever see you again
And if that day comes
I know we could win
I wonder if I'll ever see you again

The smile on your face lets me know that you need me
There's a truth in your eyes saying you'll never leave me
The touch of your hand says you'll catch me
whenever I fall You say it best..
when you say nothing at all

All day long I can hear people talking out loud
But when you hold me near,
you drown out the crowd (the crowd)
Try as they may they can never define
What's been said between your heart and mine
